Thank you for shopping with us. We are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Australia.

For international shipping enquiries, please contact us prior to placing your order.


2. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product listing.

Please note:

  • Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

  • During peak periods (sales, holidays, product launches), processing times may be extended.

  • Custom or personalised orders may have longer processing times, which will be clearly stated on the product page.

If there are any significant delays, we will contact you via the email provided at checkout.


3. Shipping Rates (Australia)

We offer the following flat-rate shipping options:

  • Flat Rate Shipping – $4.95 on orders up to $25 (AUD)

  • Flat Rate Shipping – $8.00 on orders up to $75 (AUD)

  • Free Shipping - on Orders over $75 (AUD)

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

We reserve the right to update shipping rates at any time without prior notice.


4. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days, depending on your location.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather events, or peak shipping periods.

We are not responsible for delays once your parcel has been handed to the shipping carrier.


5. Order Tracking

If tracking is included with your selected shipping method, tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.


6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address:

  • The customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.


7. Lost, Damaged or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping carrier.

If your parcel is:

  • Lost: Please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist in lodging an enquiry with the carrier.

  • Damaged: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the packaging and product.

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue; however, we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for carrier-related issues.

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.


8. Authority to Leave

By placing an order, you authorise the shipping carrier to leave your parcel in a safe place if no one is available to receive it, unless you request otherwise.

We are not responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed.
